This class is sold out! To get on a waiting list, please contact WEI.

The practice of collecting wild edibles provides unique foods that are tasty and nutrient-rich! Join Maria Wesserle of Four Season Foraging as we hike the woods and fields of Amador Hill Farm in search of springtime foragables. Plants we may find include stinging nettle, lamb's quarters, chickweed, burdock, and more! At the end of the class, we will harvest and cook the wild bounty together, collectively creating a memorable meal. There will be basic staples such as rice and beverages, but please bring a non-GMO snack, appetizer, or dessert to round out the meal.

Cost: $50

For those with allergies, please note that this class may take place in the Eco-Retreat Center, which is home to two cats.
