Easy Foraging: Common Wild Edibles of Minnesota

If you’re interested in foraging wild foods but don’t know where to start, look no further! Join Maria Wesserle of Four Season Foraging for an introductory lesson discussing common mushrooms, fruits, and greens. You will leave with basic knowledge of how to identify, harvest, and prepare several wild edibles on your own, impressing your friends and family with new tasty foods!

Wild Medicine: Familiar Herbs for Health and Healing

Plant medicine grows all around us, though you might not recognize it! Many common wild herbs have extraordinary medicinal properties. Join Maria Wesserle of Four Season Foraging to learn how to identify, harvest, and prepare five different medicinal plants. You will gain knowledge of how to treat common ailments, as well as a deeper appreciation for these familiar flora!

Online prices are $10 for ages 18 and over, $6 for ages 6-17, and free for ages 5 and under. Tickets are also available at the door for a slightly higher rate.
